You're almost ready. Follow these steps to start understanding your Twitter feed.

Check your browser

ClearFeed Capture currently works only on Firefox.

2

Install ClearFeed

The extension runs silently in the background while you browse Twitter, capturing what appears in your feed. It never accesses your Twitter password or personal information.

Install ClearFeed Extension
Firefox will ask you to confirm the installation. Click Add. Once installed, the ClearFeed icon should appear in your Firefox toolbar.
3

Browse Twitter

Open Twitter/X in this same Firefox window, in a new tab and scroll through your home feed. The extension captures tweets automatically.

  • Scroll at your normal pace, do not rush too quickly.
  • Browse for at least 2–3 minutes for meaningful analysis.
  • The longer you scroll, the longer analysis may take.
4

Upload your data

When you are done browsing, go back to the ClearFeed Capture tab.

  1. Click To ClearFeed.
  2. Wait for Upload complete!.
Do not close the browser while uploading. If you do not want to upload your results, click Delete instead.
5

View your results

After uploading, ClearFeed Capture analyzes your feed in the background. Results are usually ready within a minute.
